Operation and support
SciberMonkey is currently supported and run by the Royal Society of Biology. It aims to support the teaching and learning of science for 5-14 year olds.
SciberMonkey was created and developed by the Education and IT teams at the Biochemical Society - in particular Brian Boyington, Gemma Garrett, Jane Thomson and Alexa Hime.
The Biochemical Society would like to extend a special thanks to Maria Pack, who played a major part in the development of the 2012 version of the website. And to Hannah Baker, Jane Thomson and Clare Sansom, who developed the original site in 2006.
The 2012 version of the
SciberMonkey website, and all associated promotional material, has been designed by Rob Sutton at Typecast.
The monkey illustrations for the 2011 version of the
SciberMonkey website were created by Simon Clare.
The Royal Society of Biology is a registered charity (No. 277981) and is incorporated by Royal Charter.
